Meet Our Executive Board
Monique M. Lewis

Monique M. Lewis holds the distinction of being the first Jamaican-American woman elected President of the East Orange Chamber of Commerce. She is also the Founder and Principal of MML Consulting Group LLC, where she helps businesses and nonprofit organizations strengthen their supply-chain operations, inventory management, business systems, and organizational processes.
With an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Ms. Lewis brings extensive experience in business strategy, process improvement, and operational governance. Her commitment to service extends beyond her professional work. She is a proud Rotarian and serves on the Board of Directors of The Maker’s Place, an organization dedicated to empowering families, entrepreneurs, and underserved communities.
Through her leadership, Ms. Lewis continues to cultivate strategic partnerships, expand opportunities for local businesses, and advance sustainable economic growth throughout East Orange and the greater region.

Anna D. Banks is an Executive Coach, Certified AI Consultant, workforce development
strategist, speaker, author, and organizational development leader with more than 20 years of
experience in leadership training, curriculum design, career readiness, workforce development,
and community engagement.
She is the Founder and Managing Director of Thrive Leadership Institute, Inc., where she
prepares people—not systems—for the future of work through AI literacy, leadership
development, emotional intelligence, career readiness, and workforce transformation programs.
Anna is also a Certified Professional Executive Coach (CPEC), Global Career Development
Facilitator (GCDF), Certified DISC Consultant, Amazon Best-Selling Author, and District Public
Image Chair for Rotary District 7475.
