Souder Law Group is a law firm offering comprehensive legal services to
businesses and municipal governments. We specialize in real estate,
employment and labor law, and education law across the New York Metro
area, Greater New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and throughout the Northeast.

We are a minority law firm who wants to bring a diverse perspective to
the practice of law while being an intentional part of the community we
impact. We need development in minority communities and we believe
that minorities should be providing counsel to both the private and public
sectors on how to inclusively grow. The same can be said for education
as we seek to represent boards of education in communities that look
like us such that we can provide guidance from the perspective of what
we know to be truths in minority communities. That said, minority
communities make up almost every major metropolitan area in the nation
and we want to reflect that our breadth of knowledge and experience
can be taken into any community in America (and perhaps Africa).
